Gift Certificates
Electronic gift certificates are available. They make great gifts especially when you're not sure if your gift will be too risque or not.

Gift certificates will be honored up to one year from the purchase date. Please treat them like cash since once the gift certificate code is used it will not be honored again. Securing the code is your responsibility. We will send an email to your gift recipient, however, we cannot be responsible it the code is shared by the recipient so we strongly advise that you inform the recipient of this policy yourself to be sure.

All posted pricing is in U.S. dollars ($US). Please be sure to account for conversion rates.

Your account is not charged until your order ships.

Money Orders: We accept money orders (no personal checks or COD). Please follow the instructions on the billing information page during checkout.

Ordering by FAX: Please follow the instructions on the shipping information page during checkout.

Warning Orders with the following circumstances will automatically be rejected:

1. Billing and ship to country don't match.
2. Bill to and ship to address are different and the billing party's information cannot be verified.
3. If we need to contact you and your contact information is incorrect.

Shipping
Most orders ship from our warehouse within 4 business days after you place your order* - please allow about 6-10 days for delivery in most cases
(longer for international orders). We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Rapid-Ship* items ship within 1 business day. Orders containing only Rapid-Ship items are usually delivered in 2-3 business days.

*We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Order processing and shipping business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

A flat fee of $6.95 will be added on US orders under $30..
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $30 or more shipped to addresses with US postal zip codes.

We are not responsible for your mail box security. If a package intended for you is stolen, please report it to the US Post Office. We are also not responsible for erroneous address information entered on your order form. Please be sure to enter complete and accurate information.

APO/FPO/AE (Overseas US Military, etc.): Please select priority mail.

International Orders: While we are continuing to provide international service to a limited number of countries. Please be advised that international orders can be delayed up to a month or more due to the increased inspections being conducted by postal and customs services.

For large, heavy orders, choosing international express will ensure that your order is shipped via air rather than surface but there's no guarantee in regard to transit time.

We do not calculate import duties/fees assessed by non-U.S. governments - please be prepared to pay them when accepting your package. All amounts shown on this site are in $US.

Orders to Canada will be shipped via First Class Mail for a flat rate of $6.95 for any size order.

Return Policy
Every item is inspected before shipping. Full refunds for purchase price or exchanges will be gladly given on items that are not worn, damaged, soiled or washed, and have the original tags still attached only. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on returns not meeting these conditions. We cannot accept returns of panty items (including teddies), opened panty hose, or stockings. Costumes are final sale and cannot be returned. Please
email us for a Return Authorization number and instructions. Please include a description of the reason for your return. Refunds or exchanges will not be given without a Return Authorization number. Returns received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. You must request a Return Authorization number no later than 14 days after your order ship date.

Any items in sealed packages, such as Leg Avenue stockings, are not returnable once the package is opened.

Discounts and special offers, like free shipping, will be recalculated for returns and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. What this means is if, for example, you order enough to get the free shipping offer but decide to return enough merchandise to reduce your effective order total to less that the $30 minimum, your refund will be adjusted for the original shipping and handling. The same applies to discounts for which a minimum purchase is required.

Shipping fees are not refunded. Shipping and handling will be charged for exchanges.

Damaged Items
Items that have been worn or have had the tags removed cannot, under any circumstances, be returned. Please to not overtighten the lingerie we sell because it WILL rip. If it rips, that means you've ripped it and you cannot return it - No Exceptions. If it's too snug, don't push it! If you desire very tight corsetting please visit a custom corset site.

Shoe returns - This policy, while strict, is necessary to protect all of our customers from high prices due to abuses. In addition to the policy stated above, refunds will not be given for shoes with scuffed soles, however, we will give you a store credit less the 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will also be charged for shoes returned without the original packaging.

The shoes we send you are brand new.
Please don't wear your shoes out and then decide that they don't fit.
Please try them on and be sure they fit before you wear them to go out.
Please retain the original packaging in case you do need to return them.

By placing your shoe order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Though this may seem a bit much, you'll find us to be fair if you don't abuse/misuse the merchandise we send you.
